The World Halal Committee (WHC) was founded in 2019 under the World Platform of Culinary Communities of Islamic Countries (WICS). The organization was established with the support of representatives from more than 25 Islamic countries with the goal of developing an international halal verification system and promoting unified standards in the fields of food, gastronomy, and tourism.
Agro-Bravo is a Samarkand-based producer of dairy and fat-and-oil products, operating since 2006. Sour cream, kefir, cheeses, ice cream, butter, and margarine — all produced in accordance with GOST and Uzbekistan's national standards.
Agro-Bravo LLC is a dairy enterprise from Samarkand, founded in 2006. Over nearly two decades, the company has grown from a small workshop (300 liters of milk per day) into a full-fledged modern production facility.
Products. Its main specialty is milk processing and the production of natural dairy and fermented dairy products: sour cream, kefir, yogurt, cottage cheese, as well as "Kolbasny" and "Gollandsky" cheeses, powdered milk, butter, and margarines. Additionally, it produces various types of ice cream.
Standards. All products are manufactured in accordance with GOST, Tsh, and O'zDSt — the national quality standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2015, the enterprise joined the state Production Localization Program with an investment project worth $1.24 million.
