The World Halal Committee (WHC) was founded in 2019 under the World Platform of Culinary Communities of Islamic Countries (WICS). Dil-Bah Dairy Group is a Tashkent-based producer of dairy and cheese products under the "Dobroe Derevenskoe Utro" and AlSafi brands. It is one of the first halal-certified dairy producers in Uzbekistan
Dil-Bah Dairy Group LLC is a dairy enterprise from Tashkent, located in the Olmazor district (Chukursay St., 82). The company produces a wide range of dairy and cheese products and takes pride in being one of the first in the industry to obtain halal certification.
Brands. Under the "Dobroe Derevenskoe Utro" brand, the company produces sour cream, cottage cheese, kefir, yogurt, biokefir, and suzma. The AlSafi brand includes processed cheeses and premium items in the lineup.
Halal. Dil-Bah Dairy Group is one of the first dairy producers in Uzbekistan to receive official halal certification, making its products suitable for Muslim consumers.
