2026 will mark the 11th edition of the culinary Seoul Food & Hotel Culinary Challenge (SFHCC) competition, jointly organized by the Korea Chefs Association (KCA) and Informa Markets. The competition will take place from June 9 to 12, 2026, at the KINTEX exhibition center in Korea, alongside Seoul Food & Hotel, the country's largest international trade show for the hospitality, restaurant, and food service industries.

The expanded 2026 SFHCC program, featuring 24 competition categories , offers an even more dynamic and diverse platform for culinary professionals and aspiring chefs to showcase their skills and creativity. From traditional dishes to innovative and contemporary creations, each category offers a unique opportunity to demonstrate culinary mastery and originality.
