Do I need any prior preparation?
No. The seminars are designed for both beginners and experienced professionals. The difficulty level is indicated in the description.
Is a certificate issued after an online webinar?
Yes. To receive one, you must attend at least 80% of the session and pass a short quiz (5 questions).
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes. A full refund is available up to 14 days before the start. A 50% refund is available up to 7 days before. No refund is given within 48 hours or less of the start.
Will the seminars be held in Russian?
Yes. Some seminars (for CIS markets) are conducted in Russian. International seminars offer simultaneous interpretation into Arabic, English, Russian, and Turkish (please check the description).
Can I bring my team?
Yes. A 15% discount applies for groups of 3 or more. Individual terms apply for corporate training.
