GŌSHT is a gastro-bistro in the center of Tashkent for those who take meat seriously. Josper grilled steaks, signature burgers, marbled beef, and a halal menu — all in a bold atmosphere with live music.
GŌSHT is the "chief in meat" of Tashkent. This fast-casual gastro-bistro opened in 2017 and instantly became one of the city's most talked-about establishments. A signature concept, designer interior with Edison lamps and huge windows, dynamic music — it's engaging here even without the food. But the food is the main event.
Meat. At the heart of the kitchen is an open Josper grill, which the restaurant itself calls "the Lamborghini of grill ovens." The steaks are served as premium cuts: ribeye, T-bone, as well as alternative cuts. All meat is halal, and grilling is done over wood charcoal.
Menu. Besides steaks, there are signature burgers, pizza, pasta, tom yum, sausages, and breakfasts. It's open from the morning — for those who want to start the day full.
Highlight. The establishment has a butcher shop where you can buy a juicy piece of marbled beef to take home and cook yourself. The average check is 75,000 sum. Two locations in Tashkent: Mirabad St., 21/1 and Shakhrisabz St., 5A.
