Nazira Alimatova is an Uzbek chef who has confidently made her mark on the international gastronomic scene. Her name is associated within the professional community with mastery, refined taste, and a worthy representation of Uzbek culinary tradition abroad.

Almaty Food Fest 2024. In August 2024, Almaty hosted the third international gastronomic festival, which for the first time featured a culinary competition among chefs from eight SCO member countries. Nazira Alimatova won silver — finishing behind only a chef from Iran, who received an internship at a Michelin-starred restaurant in France as a prize, and ahead of the representative from Russia. This achievement drew widespread attention to her both in Uzbekistan and abroad.

"Tasty Uzbekistan — 2025". In November 2025, at the II International Gastronomic Festival and Chefs' Championship in Tashkent, held according to the standards of the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS), Nazira competed as part of Uzbekistan's team in the Black Box category — one of the most challenging competition formats, in which participants work with ingredients unknown to them in advance. The team won a bronze medal, competing against professionals from more than 30 countries.

Nazira Alimatova is an example of how the Uzbek culinary school is reaching a world-class level — through talents unafraid to compete with the best.
